There was a recent report circulating the internet stating that the haunted doll "Annabelle" had escaped the famed Warren's museum of haunted artifacts from their famous cases. Now the report had turned out to be false, but here at The Infographics Show it got us thinking, what if Annabelle really did escape? My grandma made me a life sized raggedy Ann doll like Annabel. Every one of my cousins and my sister hated this doll. We all saw her move on her own and I would have terrible nightmares about her. This was back in the 80’s and early 90’s so it certainly didn’t come from hearing about this doll. She’s supposedly in my parents attic but we’ve looked and haven’t found her yet.

@@Waaris_771 I don’t have any idea, but my cousins, sister, and I agree- it’s not my grandma. Maybe it has something to do with where the material comes from. Annabelle came from the same place, same factory. It was something the sold at craft shops in the 60s and 70s. But so many of us saw the doll do things. My sister came into my room screaming one night because she saw it lift its arm. Lights would come on in rooms where she was with no human in there

A slight correction to your information. Annabelle hasn’t always been under the case since the Warren’s put her there, has been removed from the case a few times, and one of the reasons she was removed was she brought to Zak Bagans haunted museum for a few hours under supervision so Ghost Adventures could do an investigation on Annabelle.

With The Devil Made Me Do It being released during the summer: I wouldn’t doubt that there’s going to be more movies in The Conjuring universe based on the Warrens. Fun fact: the popular paranormal investigation team Ghost Adventures lead by Zack Bagans actually did a special episode involving the doll. One of the guys unknowingly touched the doll due to its demonic abilities but is still alive which makes him one of the lucky ones

When I was younger I had a Raggedy Anne pillow because my grandma liked Raggedy Anne and saw it as a kid. I never heard the tales nor seen any of the movies of Annabelle so I wonder how I always got the feeling of scaredness when I looked at the pillow. I found this video. Never knew the doll was haunted before watching it.

The funny thing about vessels like the Annabelle doll is that if there truly is a spirit attached to the doll it’s only a spark (or small piece) of the chthonic spirit (demon) which means that although there may be a piece of the chthonic spirit in that doll the true spirit is still out in the world doing whatever it does

If anyone is in the Connecticut area in October 2022, the Mohegan Sun Casino is suppose to have Annabelle here for a few days. I live 5 minutes away from the casino and have been wanting to visit the Warrens Occult Museum that's about an hour and a half on the other side of the state for a few years now so this works out perfectly. I find this stuff fascinating, but like fire you have to treat it with respect or you will get burned.

Actually when she got to the Warrens house, she wasn’t immediately put in a glass cage. She was sat on a chair for a while until Loraine had one prepared as a present for Ed. He wasn’t in the house at the moment and called Loraine to ask her what she was doing with the doll. He was told by spirits that Annabelle did not like it.
