If I were a Polish I would be even offended =)) During a long period of time Poland was a force that others had to take in account. And in the 20th century it partitioned Czechoslovakia with the Nazi Germany so Poland is not so simple as you suppose.

That may also help with the corruption problems a bit. Perhaps we should make a mechanocracy, with a benevolent, carefully made AI ruling over us, thus avoiding corruption because of coding and making the most logical and benefitial decisions. - Good autonomy for ex-states will be required, or civil wars are not an if but a when.
It IS illegal. Soviet constitution had laws about how republic could exit the union, and none among 15 did it right. So, juridically speaking, Union of Soviet Socialist Republics still exists, and 15 countries in it's place are just occupants.

@@rgsxyz1105 that's fair, I know that the Soviets commited many atrocities such as waiting for the people's army to be defeated by the German army before going in and pushing the German army out. I know there are some political differences, but Poland doesn't get covered in the news much, if at all, from my experience, except around VE-day and D-day, hence why I'm not quite sure on what the polish government is like and if it's bad or not.
