He doesn't consistently have good knowledge. He says everything "has" gravity. Nothing "has" gravity, and it is not a force. Gravity is the curvature of spacetime by objects with mass, and that curvature effects other objects and light (well the entire electromagnetic spectrum).

Sirius he says it's at the end of the video, he says our sun will supernova instead of turning into a black hole because it's too small ( I think that's what they're on about) obviously it will do neither it will end in a white dwarf as our sun is way too small to go off in a supernova or turn into a black hole or neutron star

In fact the sun doesn't have enough energy to even supernova it will let off planetary nebula and then white dwarf.

I agree with you the sun's mass is to small for it to go supernova, the sun would need at least 10x more mass in order for it to go supernova. The sun will eventually turn into a white dwarf, it has to go through the red giant phase first. Once the sun is a red giant it will possibly consume the inner planets including the earth. While the sun is a red giant it will start to shrink and loose mass at the same time, and once the sun turns into a white dwarf the sun won't be as bright as it is today.

Sun + black hole = much more gravity than needed to pull the entire solar system inside. Black holes have been observed between 3.3 times and 40 _billion_ times the mass of our sun. Typical black holes are on the low side, up to 10x our sun's mass. The biggest ones are generally the core of galaxies. (Possibly all galaxies.) Considering just us vs. the sun: The sun is 99.8% of the solar system's mass. All the planets and smaller bodies make up only 0.2% of the system. With such a small amount now in delicate balance, an additional star or our sun with an added _much more massive_ black hole would very likely swallow it all. This might eventually lead to new planets forming, but the ones we know would crash into the new XL star (or slightly-larger-than-it-was black hole) that formed when the two joined together...or exploded. If you want a more detailed account of how it might feel, try searching Quora for "Everybody Dies™". I'm sure Dave Consiglio or a similar writer has killed us all in this fashion, at least once! You'll surely discover many more nonsensical ways humanity can end in fiction, as well.

I think what you’re thinking of is a coronal hole, not a black hole. Black holes don’t just appear on a star and then somehow engulf it, that’s not how it works.
