Call me boring, but I think the Wonder Flower would be too much for Mario Kart. I feel like it would be a little too much for new players, it works so much better in 2D Mario tbh. I also just don't like the thought of the tracks changing TOO much. The city tracks and tracks with some dynamic elements like Rosalina's Ice World and Grumble Volcano are good enough for me.
