Time to give it a rewatch and see if I can pin down some of the exact changes! I'm glad that SSJ4 Blue Goku still manages to be one of the higher-tier characters in this. Even though his animation doesn't have him in action, I really like the look of the form, and I'm just a SSJ4 fan anyway, so it also makes me happy that Xeno Vegito is also one of the tip-top levels. (Of course, as this ranking shows, fusions in general are crazy OP.) Almost everything about that GT Goku vs. Golden Frieza timeline continues to be depressing, even in just entries for the characters. It was an excellently-done animation, though admittedly one of my least favorites just because of not being a big fan of villain victories, and how one-sided it was with the hindsight stuff like this provides. Have to wonder where Black Frieza (GT) would wind up on the scale if he was in there. Same with the mysterious possible SSJ5 Broly that was hinted at. Like I said last time, great work on this stuff, Hyourin. Excellent sprites, trivia blurbs for every entry that detail extra lore and info in a lot of 'em, it really shows off your creativity and passion. Looking forward to everything else you cook up in the future! (Imagine how much more we'll end up seeing on a third power ranking video a few years down the line, you just know Hyourin's got some more crazy stuff in mind!)

Commenting again from the last upload: So basically the Gogeta Timeline is screwed no matter what, because even if Cumber didn't show up (and Branba wasn't crazy OP), the timeline itself was already slowly falling apart due to all the time distortions throwing it out of reality. Cumber showing up and fusing was really just the nail in the coffin. It's quite telling that in the bottom right timeline, there's NOTHING listed after this event, not even stuff like end of Z or Super Hero (Like how End of Z is listed next for What-if 21). This timeline ENDS here, *full stop.*

Damn GT Goku in What-If #13 stood no chance at all no matter what he did

Great video, but you're really underestimating my boys Yakon and Pui Pui over here. Even the Supreme Kai was afraid of Pui Pui and called him one of the strongest people in the universe, and that's the same Supreme Kai who said he could oneshot Namek Frieza.

Considering the original video got deleted and thus my comment as well, Let me just repeat and rephrase what I said there. 3:39. The interesting about the factoid here on Manga Goku about the "It's implied that his base power hasn't significantly" compared to his Anime or even OG Movie version who gained a massive boost due to absorbing the power of SSG in their SSJ form during the BOG Arc. Is that by the time of the Moro arc, This seemed no longer the case as Dende seemingly confirms when healing him while in base that Goku's Ki has reached God Levels. Heck there's even a scene just directly before What if-10 Goku exactly was where it's implied that he might have been already in the God Level or at least much more massively stronger than what's implied in here with a scene during the G.O.D Battle Royale.

13:55 Yeah, no surprise there. You did tease a variation of Great Ape in the upcoming What-if.

For a follow up to What IF 17, I can only guess that Gogeta and Vegito Xeno will have to team up against Bramba, maybe even needing to fuse together into Gogito towards the end and then use the Super Dragon Balls to fix the collapsing reality, and this is me being generous. There’s also the Piccolo Majin and Bleak Future Timelines to fix as well to boot, albeit on the former there’s a good chance that Goku and Gohan could stop Piccolo and his children’s while the former at least could maybe have Broly, either Z or Súper, get Berserk and transform enough to somehow keep up with Frieza, Cell and Super 17, or even that Beerus wakes up and actually fixes the whole mess as usual.

Either im having a mendela effect or it got removed due too a mistake because i remembered the ultra instinct -sign- goku that was at the end of what if 10, was shown in the top right under perfected super saiyan blue goku, despite this he never actually appeared in the rankings So, the best guess is that he was probably removed in this reupload, which is still an awesome video

He lost limbs but he still can move. He flies out in the universe and corrupts and absorb every dragonball possible. At the end he absorbs the super dragonballs. Maybe his name is then omega shenron prime
