@@nebula2339 No self-respecting Dictator calls themselves a Dictator. Often they will call themselves a more flattering title. Augusto Pinochet of Chile was given the title of president, even if he was a dictator. Often what classifies a dictator is their form of government.

North Korea had a president, Kim il-Sung, who was every bit as totalitarian as his two successors. He's still president today under the title of "Eternal President" even if he's been dead for awhile.

If I was the President of North Korea for 1 day I would give North Korea to South Korea and there would be reunified Korea where people are happy about allow to do what they want.
