Well I’m happy you went through with it. To sleep is a phenomenal read. Gregorovitch was a favorite forsure lol I just wanted to say Chris. Your are most definitely, one of my favorite meat bags ! Keep up the good work brother. I’m entirely too excited for the TWO upcoming novels !!!!!

I'm sitting on the gold mine of story ideas then with all the vivid, weird dreams I have. That's super interesting to hear that so much story work was inspired by dreams.

Overall I liked Fractal Noise. However, the solution to walking dozens of kilometers was so mindlessly simple, I was removed from full immesion into the story. The expedition was 'worried' to approach the upwind side of the hole in fear of being blown in from the high winds. Why not use the sail-craft to tangentially approach the hole to about. . oh say five klicks out... for "safety"? Then go to the edge, go back to the sailing craft and sail away. Or even if they DID approach from the down wind side, has Paolimi ever heard of the notion of upwind tacking?

This writer is awesome, where he gets his ideas is beyond me! July 25, 2234 the crew of the Adamura discovers the anomaly, not the alamo. The Battle of the Alamo in 2234 was part of the Alien Revolution in which the opposition won independence and became a self-governing republic: the planet mars, sound familiar, history changes a bit it was Poliguest, notwithstanding.

It's set twenty-three years before the events of To Sleep. Both books are part of the Fractalverse.
