in 2024 Tbh i prefer itch over gamejolt, gamejolt is like the goto for fnaf fangames though Gamejolt is good with the devlogs and such, but the thing that puts me off is just theres way too much going on, like why are there reactions, packs and everything else?

Only if you remember 6 digit code or your memory/brain isn't working. Edit: it's best to get it on a computer, I did it before and beat it.

Do the games have viruses? Google said im downloading a game that is not commonly downloades and may be dangourus

It depends i just got a fucking trojan from it cuz some dickhead uploaded it there and now i cant play for like a week and cant even be safe thats its gone if you wanna use gamejolt then please make sure its safe cuz you can never be sure that shit was downloading in the background

Downloading anything from any website always has a risk to it, but Itchio and Gamejolt are usually pretty good at making sure the games they host don't contain any malware or viruses.
