I've never heard of this breed until a few minutes ago when watching Live Rescue. An Amish farmer's horse fell into a frozen pond; amazing rescue! Really liked your video, your horses are beautiful, and what a great 'Family' business you have; you must be so proud! I'm not around horses often but love them.
Hey Trav I think having all those tall people with the horses downplays how big they are. Don't forget our family is well above the average height. Except maybe my brother 😁
Do y’all breed to sell as well? I’m just asking because a few years down the road I’m looking to get one of these beauties as a riding horse because I’m a 280 pound man and don’t want to make a smaller horse breed suffer.
Ok, beautiful horses! But what are those things on the hoofs? I know they aren’t their metal shoes, they actually look like rubber “extenders”, so what are they?
How come if I may ask do your horses look nothing like Belgian draft horses? I think they're beutiful but having lived in Belgium and seen many of these tank sized horses I realise they look absolutely nothing like anything in America!? It's not just colour either, they look like a completly different breed. Belgians are enormously stocky, broad and powerful with dense feathering. American ones tall, less bone, far less broad, longer necks, longer lined, longer legs. How can it be?
Bonjour..we have 3 Belgizn draft horses..The Flander draft horse (the brreding was almost gone and reimported from United States) ..l the Brabancon, and the Ardennais (smaller ..he is built to work in Forest) from Belguim ☺
@@THEE.apples they dock their tails cuz they are lazy asses. If they trimmed just the hair they would be plenty short. It's a nasty, cruel practice. Horse need their tails.
