There is currently a suspected DDoS attack on video game company Roblox, the Platform is currently down and more that more that 42.1 Million Players can't log in to their accounts or play the game, this has gone for more than 14 hours now today on 10/29/30.

How can you differentiate between a ddos attack and just extremely large traffic on a webpage or server?

There sometimes isn't a major distinction between the two, except for intent. When you're in the middle of an actual attack, even if you are able to tell that someone is telling a cycling list of thousands of bots to open your company's home page, there isn't always much you can do to stop the requests from hitting your server in the first place. That can be just as much of a problem.

actually most of those attacks are just from a free website called stressthem. i actually make botnets and stuff like that but i only make them to sell and use on pedos and those blue whale insta kids. a simple vpn will protect from those ones on xbox
