Nicely presented. Thank you. For Competitive Strategy: 1. Can we use all or a use more than one? 2. Can we use different strategy for different segment of our customers?
In principle, you can use more than one competitive strategy. In practice, however, it my be hard to optimize your product/service and communications for multiple strategies. Nad, the same applies doubly for customer segments. If segment A gets a message optimized ofr segment B, that could undermine, rather than boost, you marketing. But, never say never!
The 4Ps are the marketing mix - the gifferent generic strategies for promoting your brand or product. But they are not enough (even in combintion) to deliver your whole marketing strategy.
