@@Copilot1204 Brother, Live poor like a monk. It's only a 13 x 10ft room in an old hotel. Communal toilet, kitchen and shower. Landlord is cool and advocates art and culture. I've pent 24 years between NYC, Chicago and San Fran and this has been the best situation. Been in LA for 10 years and this is the longest place I've ever lived, moved into DTLA in 2017.
