Someone might say, you running technique is wrong. You should use the forefoot strike, you should land under the center of mass only. But this is totally untrue. Do you really know what the proper or correct running technique is? And does anyone even say correct running form? We only use good running technique, and there are reasons for that.

Unlike other channels which talk abt a lot of unnecessary things, this channel does the otherwise, and clear , easy to understand. This is the Best running channel I have ever encountered .Period.

the best I've just come across thanks for the English channel. Appreciate your efforts keep going. I wish your earlier videos on the other Russian channel was also available in English. Just a request if you could review the Salomon sonic 4 accerelate shoe.

Try slowing down the pace/mileage and implement strength and special running exercises into your routine!

How does forefoot landing make lower cadence. It’s the opposite
