Hi Andrew, thanks so much for the informative video. I have a settlement conference coming up, I'm the plaintiff and the amount I asked for prior to agreeing to conference was way higher than what they responded with. Their amount, I felt at least, was almost a defensive posture statement "you don't have a case" maybe? I think the conference will be a waste of our time but I was recommended to do it. My damages are related to a master degree and a career in counseling that I cannot continue unless I get a satisfactory result :-/. Tough times for me right now. Good luck on RU-vid! I subscribed and look forward to future videos.
