I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking to put the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying its ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $450k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point.........

Yes, a good number of folks are raking in huge 6 figure gains in this downtrend, but such strategies are mostly successfully executed by folks with in depth market knowledge/professional

I agree, having a brokerage advisor for investing is genius! Amidst the financial crisis in 2008, I was really having investing nightmare prior touching base with a advisor. In a nutshell, i've accrued over $850k with the help of my advisor from an initial $120k investment..............

How can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financial future and am eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?......

There are a lot of independent advisors you might look into. But i work with Stephanie Kopp Meeks” and I have been working together for nearly four years, and she is excellent. You could proceed with her if she satisfies your discretion. I endorse her.

Investment on risk assets (stocks, crypto, etc) is easier with proper guidance, especially from a proffessional it really helps reduce the chances of running into losses

I had this experience during the last downturn and thought I had lost everything but thanks to Ms. Jennifer Marie Ferguson who managed my portfolio, I recovered all my losses.

Stop managing your portfolio and write to her since you keep losing money, she's a trading pro. She will help you win passively.

Jennifer Marie Ferguson is the best contract trader I have traded with, I have made good profits with her and I am growing my portfolio every month through DCA.

If what you draw down is less than what you would get by buying an annuity then what's the point? My recommendation would be to draw down 4% or even 5-6%, if you retire before state pension age, then buy an annuity at state pension age.

I can't tell you how shocked I am by those regional average pension pots....they are TINY
@suekay5782

I agree, it is demoralizing, would probably be more so if presenters actually used this figures, instead if the 200K or 400K to illustrate benefits.

I had the same initial thought, but this is scaremongering, as it doesn't give you all the relevant information. ie This is not the pot size at time of retirement. These numbers include those just starting out in their careers, who obviously have no pension pot yet. Back in 2021 it was estimated that the average pensioner was earning £17,200 after tax and housing costs in addition to their state pension. The website analysing this suggested this would need a pot of £280,000 for a 65 year old who wanted to take their 25% tax free lump sum and was budgeting for 15 years. Anyone budgeting for longer than that would obviously need more than this, so clearly the reality is that people's pension pot at time of retirement is way above the average pension pot halfway through a career. Seeing the regional variance is interesting though.

Love your videos! Please, please, please, be brave and enter the world of private pensions and 'benefits'. For those of us that life went wrong. For those of us 'renters', would we be better off using a pension pot to buy a caravan to live in? :-)

Hi , any advice please would be appreciated. Been working for NHS since 2008 and want to retire next year at 60. Question is can I take ALL my NHS pension then to put with another pension I have then retire and drawdown annually without being penalised? Thanks

I suspect come the big crash - many people drawing down way too much will be in serious trouble. Is drawdown a 'risk' - or more likely a 'gamble'?

What happens to the pension of a single/divorced person, who passes away before taking their pension?
@markstevens4341
@markstevens4341 2 года назад
You have the option to name a beneficiary or beneficiaries with your pension provider, who would then effectively inherit the pension pot.
