@5:28 fruitwood. How many diffent wood varieties are commonly used for roasting?

Hi Greg 👋 Generally, quality Wuyi oolongs are either roasted with longan or mango fruitwood (or other similar fruitwoods), both of which provide a clean, even burn. However, low grade charcoal-roasted teas may be roasted over any number of different charcoal varieties.
