I'm having this problem need to figure out how to undisputed There is one item disputed for $12,072. This would have to be undisputed and allow me to repull credit.

Reach out to the credit bureau where the dispute was filed and let them know you wish to withdraw or cancel the dispute. Also contact the creditor to remove the dispute. That should do it😊

FHA home loans require one of the borrowers occupy the home as their primary residence for the first 12 months of ownership.

Does FHA ensure that all manufactured homes comply with the Federal Construction and Safety Standards?

Manufactured homes are regulated under the rules known as the Federal Manufactured Construction and safety standards. These homes must be labeled accordingly. @@MortgageHowDoI I know that the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) shall enforce the Federal Manufactured construction and Safety Standards Act I emailed evidence (pictures)of noncompliance manufactured homes being offered for sale at retailers lots FEDERAL MANUFACTURED HOME CONSTRUCTION AND SAFETY STANDARDS ACT SECTION 24 CFR 3280.304. I went to three different states and every Retailer lots. I was unable to find a new manufactured home that Complies to the Requirements Section 42 U.S. Code 5409 a noncompliance Manufactured Home shall not be offered for sale. Till me who is doing their job making sure new manufactured home comply to the Federal Standards. It sure isn’t the in-line inspector. Who is overseeing the inspector and enforcing the Federal Standards. It’s not the MHD Census Committee and Secretary of Housing and Urban Development ( HUD) Not enforcing the Federal Safety Standards Act. It a consumer (me) that finds the noncompliance homes.Every Agency State (Texas) and the Federal Agencies are violating the Federal Safety Standards Act and NOT Protecting the consumer. That’s a GOD GIVEN FACT

Great question! FHA financing only applies to Single-Family Residences, Planned Unit Developments, Townhouses, Condos, and Manufactured Homes. We recommend reaching out to your local bank or credit union for land financing.

FHA is only for people w bad credit, high debt AND no money. Maybe you shouldn’t be buying a house and people shouldn’t lend you money with the taxpayer on the hook.
