@@kavinkumar4250 there are lot of things the child must achieve before speech, like pre verbal stage, which includes gestures, pointing, attention, eye contact, pretend play etc.. if you work on that speech will naturally come, all the pre verbal aspects can be accelerated using occupational therapy

Also, work on child’s diet, sleep and Gut problems to help accelerate therapy benefits
