These principals should be glad to have teachers to even interview. Teaching is a grueling job and the exodus is real. I’m looking for an exit plan. Your content is nice though. Thanks!

I agree that teaching is difficult but it’s the most rewarding profession I’ve ever been in. I just finished my 13th year as a teacher. I spent almost a decade in corporate America before I’m going into education. Believe me, you won’t find any more rewarding profession than in education. Perhaps less stress, but not as meaningful. I guess it depends on what you’re looking for.

I attended a teacher's program in the late 90's. We were taught backward design. Always start with the end in mind. When did colleges stop teaching this method and why? I'm glad you are bringing this back with a great execution plan. ❤❤❤
