We all have a different starting point, based on our level we have to work on the duration rather than the speed, which could mean being super slow or faster than many. It helps to use a fitness tracker to get an idea of the heart rate.
People who are more advanced may even use Target Heart Rate Zone formula for their cardio range.

I often say and saying again:
Men certainly need 2-3 sessions of low to moderate cardio training per week, please do not ignore.
