It’s actually a great workout mam. I climb 16 floors daily. 10 rounds. I have lost around 30kilos. Now I weigh around 98kgs. Absolutely the best workout. Combined with a clean diet.
I thought paneer is added to palak to prevent oxalate STONES .... as paneer is rich in calcium and spinach is high in oxalates and calcium binds with the oxalate and gets out of the system .... please clarify
