I was carrying a heavy backpack for days and now i have a knee pain on both knees, but more on the right one, since im right handed, could this be bursitis or something else? it was caused by too much weight on the knees, when i press on my knees or im on bed i dont feel pain, only when walking

Im preeetty sure its bursitis thats killlllling the sides of my legs where the femur is when I try to sleep at night. Even during the day if i touch down the side of my leg towards the back...all the way from my hip to my knee....it hurts.

Statin meds can cause knee pain, leg cramps, lack of phosphorous in diet is also a problem.

I got Bursitis from the crucible during Marine Corps boot camp we were constantly taking a knee when we were posting up security or doing counts. The main cause was the exsesive low crawling on shap rocks and continues pressure on the knee.

I suffer with the Supra one, when I have a Hemiplegic migraine that left leg goes out. Then it swells and slows down my walk.

It's odd to me how I'm finding this video because.. I injured my knee.. long story. I tripped over my cat and landed hard on my knee. The cat's fine. I got "water on the knee" (prepatellar).. and two days ago, there's now a tendon laying on my knee.. I think. There's pain when I bend and touch the "tendon". Advise??

I'm 24 years old, been doing farm/landscape work my whole life. Did masonry for a while. I noticed the inside of my left knee as well as right above the kneecapp has been hurting a lot when leg is bent. Wore a knee brace before a few hours and it decreased a lot. Could be Pes Ansernine, Gooses foot, search on RU-vid 'pes ansernine and rehab science' thats the channel.I found that good video, with exercises that help, from what I gave figured out its to do w some muscles becoming dominant over others, hope that video helps you.

I got it from walking a lot this Summer. Some days 4-8 miles. Never had it before. Right on my kneecap. It was causing me pain while walking but it has been getting better. I'm at 70 and I fear having to get to knee replacements. I thought I might need my knee scoped. I couldn't deal with not being able to walk or get around even for 30 days. One of knees already makes creaking noises. I had a torn meniscus. My knees have never been an issue. My feet are where my problems are at. They swell up. One foot slightly different size than the other so I can never getting fitted properly. Have to deal with callous on side of foot. Orthopedic doctor already told me I would get arthritis in both knees. It's coming to fruition.

My right knee is bone on bone but the pain I get is on the backside of the kneecap, I can't feel any lumps so don't think it is a Bakers cyst, could it be another type of bursitis?

Mine does. Omax health roll on helps some. I use a cane too because I also have osteo. Hard to lift up from from low seats n toilets. Steps cause me the most pain n aggravate everything.

Getting off the toilet causes me knee pain. Mostly below and above knee hurts. Once in awhile it will swell too. I don't believe it is bursitis.

I have the one above the knee. I've had it drained twice. And each time literally with in, a few hours the swelling comes straight back. The swelling isn't sore at all though. I've had scans and zero damage to muscle, tendons etc... this swelling came after a marathon I ran. Since the swelling comes back straight away. What else can I do ? The first time I had it drained I did zero running for almost 6 weeks and it still didn't resolve itself

I have one on the front of my kneecap. It’s been there around a year, and was pretty big already, but within the last week it has more than doubled in size. I don’t understand how in the world it go THIS big in such a short time. It’s right at the size of a golf ball. It really hurts now, too. Going to the doctor tomorrow morning, which I should have done before. I didn’t really worry about it until it got huge this past week. It’s so odd. Thank you for the information, though.

I suggest you have the bursa sack removed. I had the same problem as you. I’d have it drained every couple of months. Sure enough, I got an infection and needed emergency surgery to prevent amputation. Get the damn thing removed so you can avoid that.
