I take 3 teaspoons a day. 2 in the morning and one in the evening as a powder. My rosacea type 2 is gone, my energy levels are higher and I feel much better.

Interesting. I have had rosacea types 1+2 for a couple of years now. Just started taking chlorella daily and using as a face mask. Hopefully it helps.

@@Avalokiteshvara2012 rosacea is not fun, and even though this helps I also eat healthy and mostly plant based. no milk or gluten also works for me. Some people unfortunately don’t get better no matter what they do, and for people who are severely effected Oracea tablets 40 mg from a dermatologist can be of great help. I’m not against medicine, but for me I’m glad diet and chlorella have cleared it for me. Everyone is different. Hope that’s helps:)

@@aquajuwel7098 Thank you, that is very true! I have been plant based for years and try to stick to whole foods mostly as well. It has helped keep it under control all this time. All the doctor wanted to give me was antibiotics which I declined. With a healthy diet it is manageable. It is amazing you were able to clear it by adding chlorella! Hope it will do the same for me, I have also added wheatgrass for good measure :)

I’m on a detox so dietitian recommended 20 tablets before every meal and before I sleep. It’s been 4 days and my shitty skin is already clearing up.

Chlorella is like magic. I take it at night and it helps make me sleepy better than any sleep aid. Researchers say that it is doing restorative work and it takes a lot of energy and that is why it makes one tired. I take it between 4-6pm if I want to be in bed nice and early. If I take it at bed time, I can stay up a little latter (11pm).

Is it okay to drink lemon juice while supplementing with this. I drink 5 freshly squeezed lemons a day. I read online that you should avoid vitamin c while taking this because it causes the metals in it to improperly release into the body.

no I dont think so because the b12 in chlorella is not the active molecule. It blocks the absorbtion from the real b12. So if u take this it will make u b12 deficiency. That is what I have heard about spirulina. Not sure if its like that with chlorella

Spirulina contains the b12 blocker. Cholera contains real b12

Hi guys ! Where in Canada I can found it ?! I live Montreal Quebec Canada and I used to purchase it at Alexis-Nihon health store 2 yrs ago. They lost the connection they use to order from every since I can't purchase it. The us dollars way to high so I lost too many money to bought it long term. If u have an autoimmune disease fix yuh gut. Cold pressed virgin coconut oil, fermented foods like fermented papaya, sauerkraut helps.cut out sugars. Eat more greens like dandelion, celery, parsley, stay away from wheat
