I’ve been following your advice for about three months now. I’ve slowly worked my way to OMAD, and been doing it (mostly) for the past month. I’ve dropped 25 pounds, easy. I feel better than I’ve felt in years. I have energy like I haven’t had in years, and and my overall outlook on life is more positive than it’s been in a long time. I still need to drop another 30 pounds, but I know I will. I don’t get too technical about all this stuff. I stick to the basics. One meal a day, lots of raw vegetables, protein, and fat. I don’t obsess about counting anything. I just eat once a day and I make it count when I do eat. This is coming from a former pizza lover: I honestly don’t think I would enjoy pizza anymore. Thank you.
A friend sent me a recipe where you buy the giant/flat mushrooms, spray them with olive oil, put Italian seasoning, then top it just like a personal pan pizza and bake it for 12min at 425F.

I've been putting liquid chlorophyll in water and within a day i can tell it's helping my health. For one, it helps me greatly to sleep. If you take it during the day, you might want to plan for a nap right afterwards. Second, pretty much all body odor is gone. Thirdly, it makes my skin look better.

We have some family members, including my son, wife and wife's brother, whose respiratory allergies improved 100% by taking a couple of drops of 100 mg liquid chlorophyll once or twice a day. This can be found at health-food stores. We get ours from Vitamin Shoppe. Our son's allergies were especially bad--constant sneezing attacks all day long and throbbing headaches. I've always wanted to try it. All my life I've been looking for my cure to anxiety and stress so I research supplements and buy and so far nothing has helped with anxiety. The first day I took this sodium copper chlorophyll I noticed something, that feeling of doom and fear was lifting. I had a headache afterwards and was scared of the sodium copper since I've always thought too much copper was part of my anxiety in the first place. The next day I took it again but less and I'm not having anxiety I still worry but it's not putting me into a state of fear as if I'm not feeling the adrenaline that comes with my worry. I think about my worry without that dreaded fear response that makes you want to crawl into a fetal position and beg God to have mercy on you and take you from this world. I've only taken this 2 times and it's eased my anxiety quite a bit. I am so happy to finally get some relief. I know I m only 2 days in but wow I'm not having a nervous breakdown from drowning in fear.
@Mary Carroll Beware, maybe you use wrong or bad quality apple cider vinegar, i used to buy it from a local company, then when i changed it to another better in quality, it was like i am tasting apple cider vinegar for the first time in my life, it was awesome experience ... so... i think this will help you
As extra insurance, I take chlorella every day. I've also heard that it can help one to avoid food poisoning. Once I ate something with a group of people, who all got somewhat sick from one bad ingredient - except for me. I was fine.
@@fluid1978 they're not doing a scientific study, they're simply saying the factor that was different was they took the chlorophyll and it may be what helped them. Chlorophyll is known to clean the blood etc.
Many years ago when I first learned about chlorophyll, I had a freind who was also changing to healthier eating habits but was on medication for seizures. She could not take chlorophyll because it will clean all medications out of your system. Something to keep in mind if you have to take prescription meds for something like that.
My eye sight is better when I take chlorophyll... And drink raw blended spinach .. I don't know all of why. But it significantly helps my blood sugar, eyes, skin looks 20 years younger than I am. I wish more diabetic people would try this. I did a year or so off of it..just slacking and health worsens. Chlorophyll is miraculous.

This chloro stuff is much more powerful than ppl think.....I mix chlorophyll water with my pre-workout powder before heading to the gym and let me tell you, my heart pounds in a very supernatural way and the smell of my sweat smells like pure water. My heart pounds so fast that it feels like I have a new heart. I can literally feel the blood rushing from my heart to my head in a way that I've never felt before. I honestly think Chlorophyll is the fountain of youth and more studies need to be done to be done.

You consume now foods liquid Chlorophyll? How about the Copper content, its 4mg per serving and i take a tablespoon so its 8 i think lol, it helps with alot of issues, even libido
Over and over I'm becoming convinced that greens are very important for healthy body. Sometimes i forget to eat them and i start having health problems. I had bone joint pains, and my muscles wouldn't recover fast enough. My finger bones started to hurt, but after i started consuming whole green bundle the entire thing everyday,in two days pains disappeared. Meat gives energy, may increase focus,mood, but greens are medicine, the building blocks of our body. Without it sickness is guaranteed.
I’ve eaten just about every wild plant in the Alberta bush. Never had a problem with an irritated stomach like when I ate the stuff in the store, even organic. There were a few farmers and home grown stuff that does not bother my gut. It’s something they fertilize the plants with.

Cats are smart like that! I had a cat that I swear would jump on the counter and steal raw cloves of garlic and make a sour face while eating them 🤢 now my dog on the other hand will eat anything🤦🏻♀️
I had a nice cup of hibiscus tea and now I'm trying Chlorophyll for the first time. Tastes a little like leafy greens, not bad. I hope I don't turn into Swamp Thing.
Thank you for this informational video! I have ordered liquid chlorophyll and am nervous to take it. I heard so many improvements by this product and I do believe them. I’m just nervous on how my body will react to it. I had always had bloating and gut issues. I never knew why. I am lactose intolerant and always had issues when eating greens, especially spinach. Hope taking this will help me out haha.
I use the liquid chlorophyll mixed in water (1-2 tablespoons) and find it works better than the capsules. The only thing is the liquid seems to smell off once opened even stored in frig (always store in frig). So now after opening a bottle, I pour into ice cube trays and store in baggies in freezer and they'll never go bad. I pour one to two tablespoons into each "cube" space, then later use one cube in 8oz glass of water. It'll get your fingers a little green, but it washes right off. It made me itch somewhat, so I started to take some allergy medicine with it. If you use children's liquid type, you can use less than normal dosage and adjust to your needs. The combo will probably make you sleepy though. I still notice benefits even if taken 3x a week, especially a reduction of body odors.

I took chlorophyll for the first time today and promised my body that henceforth, it will be a daily ritual. A combination and extraction of the juice (Chlorophyll ) of five different leaves from my backyard was all it took namely: Avocado, Sour sop, Mango, Guava and Moringa.
I don’t care for most vegetables. I just had a stone blocking my gallbladder and had both removed a week ago. A month ago they removed 2-15mm polyps that were positive for cancer. I have no idea of how to help myself. I’ll watch your videos.
whenever I can, I drink vegies juices, always varied, always with a base of : 1 full organic lemon, ginger, turmeric, garlic, onion, and some kimchi (juiced too). Then any seasonal vegies

Started taken chlorophyll supplements have noticed my knee pain has gone still have some stiffness not been on the supplements long but knee pain definitely gone
I think 8 cups of vegetables is very difficult to measure. Does that mean chopped ,cooked, washed leafy greens. I cup of cooked spinach must be about 4 cups fresh leafy green spinach leaves.

Every plant that you eat. Is that a good enough brand? If you passed 5th grade science then you'd know that plants already have chlorophyll. Do you not eat plants? Here's an easy 5th grade question. What makes plants green?
What about taking spirulina? It's an algae that grows in sweet water and you might find it organic. It's told to be a "super food" . You can put a tea spoon of the powder in a glass of water. It looks very green to me 😳

And maybe discuss differences between both view points on what is the "healthiest" way to go about keto. Im sure and I know both agree on most things but I would just like to see it from a fans perspective
I experienced the same 🤣🤣 I later learned that you're supposed to start small with chlorella, spirulina and moringa powder. I noticed I didn't experienced stomach cramping or pain when I took capsule small amounts of it

I started the ketogenic diet 10 days ago and practically committed and used Himalayan salt and potassium salt in small quantities because I suffer from high blood pressure and high levels of cholesterol and triglycerides, and I also removed the gallbladder for more than two years, but during the last three days, I started to feel cramps In the jaw, neck and slight headache, knowing that I take magnesium and B-complex vitamins daily as nutritional supplements, please doctor, what causes these cramps, with many thanks 💐
I have an inflamed stomach and adrenal fatigue... Etc... But I CRAVE Dr Berg's Wheatgrass juice powder! I can drink it all day but I know you have advised only 3 times a day in another video... Is it ok to consume more than 3 times a day?
I take Daily Greens Gummies daily; one type has chlorophyll. I've also been taking Balance of Nature supplements for 6 months. I've dropped 7 lbs, with no other changes to my not-so-good diet. My gut health has changed immensely. I can even eat/drink dairy again. Would this be due to the Magnesium that's in the Chlorophyll? This is what I'm staying with. At a healthy 170 lbs now, so My BP #'s also improved.
Ive had my gallbladder removed and was dealing with going to the bathroom every time I ate. Started adding the chlorophyll to my water and it helped my stomach so much I wasn't going to the bathroom as much. BUT know it seems that the chlorophyll is making me constipated. I drink it once a day and I haven't been to the bathroom in 4 days😥 Any suggestions
I just started taking liquid chlorophyll and the directions are to take one teaspoon per day. Is that really enough to make a difference? Also, don’t get this stuff on anything! It’s an intense emerald green that won’t come off clothes or much else. 🙃
I'm a recovering alcoholic and I'm dealing with sibo and started carnivore diet.. any suggestions of supplements to take. My kidney and liver has taken a toll due to the alcohol and poor diet. For 10 years* doctors just keep giving me more pills but I want to try to do it naturally as possible without damaging my organs any further
@John Connor NO! This is dumb af. My last year of drinking, I stop drinking beer and drinked straight vodka because I was bloated.. didn't take long till I starterd throwing up up my liver and blood in my stools.. but you're more then welcome to give it a try
