thanks for the video, just Min 9:17 onwards, by adding spines how to add more leafs if the existing leafs still need to be connected to the new spines?

Roger, if you connect a spine from the first DC to a leaf from the 2nd DC, the 2nd DC becomes subordinate to the first DC's leaf level structure. Why would you not connect spine DC1 to spine DC2?

Because in ACI, you never connect spines to another spine. Spines only connect to leafs and vice versa, if I remember correctly. That's the way Cisco designed their SDN solution.
