Working in Denmark is very different from the way you work in the USA. Due to education is free in Denmark, it is easier to get a job doing what you are best at. It is your ability and not your wealth that gets you your education and jobs. It is important that you have an influence on the work you are responsible for. If you have an academic or technical job, you are usually responsible for your own work. The management coordinates the tasks between the employees and is there to guide you when you need it. It is more important that you perform the work in good quality rather than doing a lot of overtime. Sometimes there is so much job satisfaction that it can be difficult for you to let go of work and take the vacation you are obliged to take. This is also due to the fact that the companies compete to get the best employees, not with the highest salary, but rather by offering the best working environment. Danes also have an ability to reopen a contract agreement if they can improve a contract to the advantage of one or both parties without harming the other party.

The key role of the Coorporative Movement in the end of 19th Century in creating prosperity among small and midsized farmers, through allowing them to industrialise and control the processing of their products themselves, thereby bypassing the processing plants owned and controlled by the nobility and major landowners, is conveniently completely ignored in this narrative. And so is the coorporative labour market from 1899 onwards, that has created huge stability for industry. That's also left out of this narrative. Probably because these 2 factors didn't fit with the conclusion he wanted: That libertarianism and rugged individualism is the only thing that can create prosperity.

Does Denmark have lots of small banks? Did Denmark practise credit guidance into the productive economy? Did Denmark have massive real estate speculation, like Japan had?

1. Denmark hassom small banks but normaly they are not the one that gets into trubel 2. no 3. no to the same degre but housing is now priced higer then in 2008 - but rember the husing leanding systen is not the same

@@sharkytheshark5939 Thank you. My background are the observations of Prof. Dr. Richard Werner for ex. in his book/video "Princes Of The Yen". He describes small banks and credit guidance into production as mainly responsible for the great economic success of Japan, and the inversion of credit guidance as the startingpoint of Japans decline. He was the only economist who foresaw the failure of Bernankies Quantitative Easing and the flow of the money into real estate. Bernanke could do the opposit by guiding the additional money into production, avoid real estate and had succeeded, but he didn't.

Denmark have Danske Bank from which, we ,- during the past 20 years have seen, how they have stolen the majority of the wealth of the Danish people who are now back slaving the "good old colonial Danish way" - the Danes are serfdom slaves - dictated the very same way as the Danish state dictated both the Greenlanders and the West Indians and probably their colonies in India as well... On top of this, Denmark have women like Methodist woman Ms. Enematk Ortsen and off course Ms. Ulla Bak - former Bak USA, who both are "specialists" in child-sex-slavery and trafficking - EnemarkOrtsen resently exposed by an American woman... And then off course there is the Danish "legal" system which clearly steer towards Denmarks "final solution" with EU "law-specialusts" Mr. Vedsted-Hansen, part of the Danish families who originally made Holocaust a reality and employee within the EU Ombudsman, Mr. Peter Bonnor who has absolutely no education - only false exam-papers created by Denmarks very own "smart" Ombudsman, the Danish Baptists, slaughtering Danes in the millions "for the fun of it" as well as declaring themselves above the bishops, above all laws and even above life itself.. The Danes in this interview, - they must be the ones, the Danish civil servants call "the smart Danish boys" I take the liberty of assuming... I wonder if Denmark still have snipers in Ukraine and, how many innocent Danes are crushed in waste incinerators!?!? When asked, Danish civil servants simply happily answer - quote:"But, we just do as we've always done" end quote. Yes, that is exactly what they do and, how they (a tiny percentage) become rich in money. Denmark is nothing but a horrible extreme Genocidal Eugenics death camp..😱😱😱
