Very easy to follow video that defines definition of done. Its clear that DoD is a list of criteria that indicates a team member is completed with their specific set of tasks. This is a method that helps provide clarity and enables team members to align on remaining work, and when that work is complete.
Definition of done tells what all thinks each one in the team must do before they can say they have done or completed their work. This is more from process perspective. Acceptance criteria tells what should be the outcome expected based on which product owner will accept the deliverables. This is from functionality perspective. I will make another one for acceptance criteria next. Nidhi
Hello Nitin, Option D is also correct but it is not the BEST answer choice. For PMI exams you should always look for best answer option. Which means something that is providing solution from long term perspective. By defining the DOD, you are basically avoiding any Suchir future occurences where this conflict can arise. This disagreement came because the development team and the PO didn't have a shared understanding of the expectations from implementation. Hope it's clear

The answer choice C is good for a long term solution but what is being done to resolve the issue in the current scenario? It seems like there was no definition of done in the current situation which led to the problem.
