Malvern Panalytical provides excellent DSC instruments for studying the stability of proteins, polymers and macromolecular systems in solution. If this is your application then I would strongly recommend the instrument shown here in the video. If your application is for studying solids and at temperatures well over 120 C then you should look at different types of providers, Metler Toledo being one.
