"we don't want Italy" that is not how it works. When you apply for asylum you are put in the closest available country. You don't just get to pick. This is why Europe is heading towards another bad time

Yeah you can use your degree to work here in Belgium if you want to seek asylum you have to prove in the asylum interview that your life is not safe in your country
