You are welcome! Yes, it is possible to ask them about it. You can write them a leter. If you have their E-Mail Adress, it is also possible to write them an E-Mail. But don't forget to also mention your Reference Nr. in the leter/E-Mail.

Salam brother Can i talk to you regarding Dublin problem My brother applied for asylum with family and today he received rejection letter because of Dublin and the German authority gave his family to 7 days for leave the Germany and go back to Czech Republic because of Dublin but he never applied asylum there. Only he got visa of that country.... Can you please guide what should he do now to avoid deportation???
Question here pls: Someone got a schengen C visa issued by Belgian embassy on behalf of Austria (because Austria has no embassy in their home country). They then fly directly from their home country to Austria. Upon arrival at the airport their finger prints were taken, but they did not apply for asylum in Austria. They then came to Germany and intend to apply for asylum. Is their case Dublin procedure? And if yes, which country will be responsible for them?
@@colinekonga8014 thank you for your response. Is there a way they can avoid being sent back to Austria? So for example they wait for 6 months after their visa expires? Or no matter what, Austria will be responsible for them?
@@varensc.5952 it depend if six month pass without any trouble from polizei.Germany will be responsible but if polizei came you will be deported to Austria and if you run or hide they extend it 18 months
@@colinekonga8014pls what does this mean? They wait for 6 months, and then go to apply for asylum in Germany, And Germany will be responsible for processing the asylum? Or they apply for asylum now in Germany and hope that within that 6 months they have no trouble with the police or are not deported back to Austria?
What if I win my appeal against the Dublin case in the Administrative Court? Does my case go back to the BAMF or does the court decide which residence permit I get? Please give me as much detail as possible
