When you go to there court they never ask you to consent to a contract or ask do you volunteer to be in it they act like it's the law which is a violation of your rights to be informed
Just to throw this out there has anyone reading this page ever got a jury trial for Child support? I ask because if they have no jurisdiction how can they even preside over a jury trial?

This is all good stuff but my thing is why is it that all these people especially celebrities and wealthy people who can afford the finest attorneys still pay thousands of dollars a month on child support And not utilize this information to get out of it??
