I noticed that the vitamin D supplements that I have in my cabinet contains soy bean oil and I know that’s one of the things that you providers advise we stay away from. Do you have any vitamin D supplementation recommendations?

It's unlikely that the quantity of soy in the supplements will affect fibroid growth, but we still need a lot more research in this area, and you are right to be cautious. I've no specific recommendations, but go through the list of ingredients on the pack in your local pharmacy for different brands to see what they contain.
I have 8 Fibroids and on a daily basis I feel fainted like am passing out I suppose to get a surgery next year may. And my stomach looks like am 9 months pregnant very uncomfortable.
No unfortunately, not always the case - degenerating means the fibroid is growing big quite fast and it doesn't get enough blood as a result. Some portion of the fibroid tissue may die but not all parts of it.
