Sir I'm proggrammer but i have so much creativity to design a game I'm playing games for past 5 years but due to very minor scope of game dev industry's in India but it is still my dream to become a game designer and developer . start with RU-vid Blender tutorials then you will get broad exposer about 3D industry .. and then find 3d modeling , animation vfx course ..

see if you want to become a game dev just do a degree in cs, software, or ca (computer application) Btech that will be much better and you can learn game dev with your studies on the side

no its not the time, i don't think a 8th class kid understand vector, matrix and other complex math and design concepts nor they are taught about this. so my recommendation would be learn first before jumping into it.
