We don’t elect any. We don’t have judicial corruption where a deciding judge is “entertained” by a litigant. We don’t have highly politicized judges. We have term limits. We, thankfully, have a suitably boring judiciary and if a judge does something highly inappropriate to his privileged position we expect an honourable resignation promptly.
