I have 1080 dvr shares at avg price 310. Ideally i thought i would get 756 shares of Tata shares. But after looking at taxation it looks like i will be getting around 650 only as i fall under 30% tax slab.

1. Yes buy DVR before sep 1 2. Buy IDFC for arbitrage opportunity (for 100 idfc you will get 150 idfc first bank )
