I have admired you from afar (Australia) for a long time now and I think it’s incredible how you cope with working and caring for your two Daughters. Physically and mentally it must be exhausting. Co Parenting can mean Chaos if your other half is not on the same page as you. Fortunately I haven’t had to to do it. ❤️❤️

My son is about to have to co-parent two little girls. Neither of them has special needs or is medically fragile and has equipement or medications to be shuffled back and forth. I can't imagine how hard that is for you and your ex. My son has read and talked to a therapist about how to handle much of it, but nothing teaches like doing. He plans to have a seperate set of things that will stay at his house so that they don't have to pack a bag for dad's house. What ever they come to his house with, clothing, etc. it will go back with them when they go to mom's house. Of course, this is just what they are hoping to do. Fingers crossed that it works well.
I like your son’s thinking. The clothes thing is hard, because when you need to wash clothes it won’t necessarily be washed and dried in time to go back. I hope things work smoothly for him and his girls ❤️
It is tricky to co-parent at anytime but when you throw in disability it gets complex. In my situation our daughter is pretty much bedbound so he comes to mine to see her. We make it work as she wants to see her dad. It was hard at first but now it is just part and parcel of living in the special needs ghetto. The problems can start once your child reaches 18 and goes into adults, you lose parental responsibility on their 18 birthday and it is like starting all over again regarding services etc so it can then become very complex.

Being on the same page to agree on things to do with both the girls is so important i know some parents find it really hard to agree and be on the same page in regards of how to take care and discipline their children if necessary they ask me for help and i come up with solutions for them
