Very cool Dan. One feature suggestion: per-car profiles that are auto-selected when you enter the sim. That would allow per-car bite-point configuration amongst other things... This video makes me want to upgrade my FPE to the Hyper 🤔🤑
I have Formula Pro Elite arriving this week from Simucube. Looking forward to playing with it. But will likely order a few more wheels to see what I like. But one thought, is that being you are adding options to the paddle functions, is that on my Ferrari 488, if I held the left paddle down, the car would shift to the most aggressive gear (that made sense to jump down into). Pulling both paddles would put the car into neutral (which isn't likely something you'd do while racing). But if you're looking for more functionality, these are a couple.
In the standard configuration on the left the third button from the top is designated as Fuel +, and the switch below also has a fuel pump icon What are those intended to be for? Is the first to add fuel at the pit stop and the second for fuel admixture ?
Id like to set a momentary flash of one of my buttons when hitting the headlight lights to flash. Can that be done in the easy mode? Or would i have to do advanced mode? Im not super tech savvy so i was hoping there was a drop down that i may have missed. Easier way to say it would be : I want to press a specific button and have it flash a few times to know that im engaging it

Hey, Can I use the Hyper x one reliable with the Fanatec DD1 and the Podium Hub? And do I need to have an extra cable on the wheel if I have the podium hub?
Please excuse the simplicity of my questions, I am not great with this sort of thing. I have a GT max wheel installed in the traditional manner using the Sable profile. Trying to understand if I need to update to the new OS and will it make things easier or more difficult. Can I retain the Sable profile as in the wheel now? If I upgrade to the new OS do I just install GSI simOS app, the DFU driver and GSI simOS FW since I am already running Sim-Hub. Will things work better in general on the new OS or just allow more flexibility with the GSI wheels. Sorry for the silly questions. My sincere thanks.
Hey mark, in general - I would recommedn to upgrade to simOS - we have new sable profiles for the updated gt max on our discord. If you are 100% happy with the gt max in what it can do right now: no need to upgrade then :) We have some pretty cool stuff coming though! You can also create a support ticket on the discord if you need help with the process!
Dan, do you have infos about a hyper p1 without a screen? I heard it will come but when? Cause im thinkin about preordering a x29 or maybe wait for the p1 without screen ❤
