WHAT IS HAPPENING? LEVEL 100? CLORINDE NERFS? 

Her stance change duration got nerfed from 9s to 7.5s. She is an on field dps so reducing her uptime is extremely bad and will make her feel awkward to play in rotations. This makes running Thundering Fury on her a lot more viable. But also removes the urgency of wanting a Harmonic Whimsy set on her. Very bad nerf. She NEEDS her base cooldown reduced from 16s > 12s.

If we take a look at raiden she has 7 seconds duration while in burst mode and the cooldown is 18 seconds, so it's 11 seconds downtime. While clorinde skill is 7,5 seconds duration with 16 seconds cooldown, so it's 8,5 seconds downtime. I mean if we play raiden a lot it should not be a big of a deal regarding the duration and cooldown. And actually it's total 10% increase because clorinde skill hit 3x. We just need to wait and see how is clorinde's damage in real practice​@@ultimachain8677

​​@@luckytimothy1330 Raiden has hitlag. Raiden's teammates also have cooldowns that sync well with her downtime Nerfing Clorinde's uptime introduces a weird desync in team cooldown with her bis teammates. This becomes even more noticeable in overload where the setup is so fast

​@@luckytimothy1330 but Raiden as hitlag and has some off-field utility, plus she restores energy to the whole team. I honestly hope that they revert the duration change or at least buff the numbers more/reduce the E cooldown.
