Don't forget, EPIGENETICS! Bruce Lipton has SO much to teach us in this regard too! Genetics aren't a prophecy of what our future holds - we need not be 'victims' of our genetics at all! This is SUCH an important and lovely message dear Suzanne, thank you! Indeed, I am FREE! Going to use that for my MS and jab injuries! I realised as I have gradually awakened, that my struggles are also blessings - I have learned so much through them and been able to share so much with others as a result. I have learned greater compassion, greater patience, greater faith and trust. In a way all my health challenges have themselves healed me of so much even if my body hasn't healed (yet!) I think Paul Selig has channeled "I go free, I go free, I go free" several times I think mostly I connection with his meditations on th Upper Room. Also Florence Schovel Shinn offered the mantra "I cast this burden on the Christ within, and I go free." In her 1925 Game of Life and How To Play It. Thank you Suzanne. Lately I've been confronted daily with the notion of my own passing even though I have no life threatening issues that I know of. Maybe it's just a notice from my higher self that the time has come to accept that an old "story" of the past 50-70 years has run its course and a new one wants to be born versus any physical death. Still very challenging and to be honest frightening. So weak. I will begin using that Mantra and maybe The Breastplate of St Patrick for good measure. I know fear is the only obstacle but can't seem to sense the Oneness you and so many other teach. God bless and thanks again. 🙏🙏👍💪🕯

Has Valerie tried the Body code? You may have interviewed the creator, Bradley Nelson. The body code has changed a lot and there’s a lot more effective. It’s amazing at releasing the emotions that reside in the sick parts of our bodies.

I understand we reincarnate life after life time and that we exist briefly in flesh as male or female.....my question to spirit is whether gender continues in spirit world and is not covering/hiding/clothing our energy form an untrue state of being....why do passed on loved ones/Jesus/other spiritual beings appear in NDE reports as wearing gowns/clothing and not appear in their true pure form of energy. Is clothing our bodies alive or dead so important it really does separate humans from other animals. Spirit guide response would be interesting.
