What is "High in the Sky: 1990"? 

High in the Sky: 1990 is an up-and-coming animated show by Montanimations!
Humanity has sent their "best and brightest" students to represent them among the stars on the newly built "Interstellar School Station"; a joint effort between the human race and space aliens.
Now with Earth this close to a seat at the table in the Galactic Confederation, all they have to do is successfully graduate four their students: William McCallister, Anna Maurice, Liú Jūn, and Nikolay Patrushev.
With the support of planet Earth and their alien friend Conrad, it shouldn't be too hard, right? There's just one problem... The student from the United States, William... wants to get expelled!
We hope to produce a full-fledged series of about 4 seasons with 28 episodes each.
