What month did you guys go? Booked a trip on october and heard there’s a high probability of flooding and storms :/// any suggestions on Plan B?

@@mikaelabalita2977 We were there in September! There was a lot of flooding after we left in October last year. :( Maybe this year it won't be too bad! We stayed in Da Nang instead of Hoi An and I don't think they had quite as much flooding. Maybe that's a better option for Plan B, just in case! Let us know if you have any other questions at all and have so much fun! Da Nang is one of our favorite places in the world. 😍

Talk about Instagram heaven. Hell, I can look like a professional photographer in Hoi An. Hoi An at night, Beer Street in Hanoi makes Mardi Gras in New Orleans looks tame, and VN has that family-friendly vibe too.

@@marshallandaimee That smoky stuff is called Kem Khoi in Vietnamese , which means Smoky Ice Cream ( there actually no ice cream at all ) . The smoke is created by liquid nitrogen

Which month were you there? I'm planning to visit Vietnam in maybe September/October, but I've heard Hoi An has its most rainy season then. Are the monsoons lasting all day or just for a couple of hours? As a reference I've been to Bali during the rainiest month and didn't even think of it, other than some intensive downpours during the day for an hour or so.

Hi! 👋 We we’re there at the beginning of September. There wasn’t much rain yet but it was still really hot and muggy. When it did rain it was usually short downpours. Have so much fun in Vietnam! We would love to go back someday! 😊
