Lol bullshit. If a lender gets scammed you're not going to foot the bill. If somebody makes a fake title with a fake identity, and you have the real one with your real name on it, you will face no liability. You'll have a minor inconvenience when you have to dig through documents and show them the real one.....but the lender who lent money to a fraudster is the one who will ultimately take the loss. Their carelessness is not your problem.
