If the business is a B2C franchise, Ethereum will be a better option due to its public nature. But in B2B franchise where - confidential obligations are to be met - where a crypto currency is notreally needed - business logic needs to be automated according to the rules of the business Hyperledger should be always chosen over Ethereum. Hey Hamza, sorry for the delay. By default everyone on the network will have the same ledger. But it is possible that certain transactions are hidden from particular peers. In such cases, not everyone will have the same ledger. Hope this helps!
