@@chronos5457 Innovation Management is how to *manage* innovations of products and services. Basically, how do you increase innovation in an organization, in that case, we have some theories such as Van de ven´s Innovation Journey, or open innovation theory, etc. On the other hand, Management Innovation (MI), is how to *innovate* management practices, processes, structure, or techniques in a business. Meaning how do we go about innovating how we manage people in order to make people work together in better ways. So they are two different things and they both exist.
Theory vs Practice: some good points but lacking on real-world examples which is why a majority of academics would struggle with the real-world scenarios!
