Another deal that never happened. Companies House shows only one major shareholder - Steve Victor. The company has just been gazetted for being struck off for being two months late with their filings and the website says they are going through a rebrand and will be "coming soon" three months ago... It's not surprising the deal didn't go through. The business didn't add up. They said they were using the other business's facilities for free, so they almost certainly weren't profitable if they had to pay for their own costs. I don't know why she said she would invest. The other dragons could see there was nothing there but apparently she didn't realise that until doing due diligence.

I like the fact they didn’t take the risk and took the deal. Sometimes you can lose investment by negotiating so fair play I hope they do well.
