Awesome turns!! I used to take my dog up to Lookout Pass when it was closed for a few turns. My dog would slide like a seal beside me while I was going down. Dang that was fun!

That's what it was like at Mammoth couple weeks ago. So tempted to go to Squaw tommorow... wonder how much will stick.

I would have killed to be at Kirkwood that day. The avy risk was a little tough to judge, though, since Sierra Avalanche Center ended their season on 4/21. I do know that not all that much slid when they shot after this storm at Palisades and Mammoth, but I didn't learn that until too late to act on it.
