The 1.0Litre TSI in virtus/slavia isn't that much fun to drive in comparison to the 1.0Litre TSI in Vento/Rapid just because of their weight and dimensions difference. Only the 1.5Litre TSI make it worth but the price is so high.
Made my day!!! You Compared two beautiful cars, of our Indian car industry!!! It's a pity, with no convincing, VW killed this 1.2TSI( I don't believe, VW couldn't upgrade this to BS6 part1 or part2?) GT is great, but it costs a Bomb;!!( I am talking about volks- Aam aadami!!) It's ridiculous, for a company, whose name is 'peoples car', makes their products, out of reach of the common people??? Ya VW koh 'Kejariwal' ka keeda kaat khaya? Common!! Make your engine/ DSG here, in India!! Make your product affordable!!! Who would spend 24 lakhs for a 1.5 litre engine? Mai toh nahin!! Nevertheless, I can dream!! Dream of owning these beautiful cars some day!!( When VW would realise it's mistake, of importing engine, gear box!!😡)
1.0L 3 cylinder TSI is very similar to 1.2L 4 cylinder TSI produces abit more power and same torque. You can get Virtus 1.0 TSI AT that TC is better in low end and 3 cylinder performs very well, & for Virtus GT(highline) DSG cost 18.5L that lacks certain feature but it's alot cheaper, new cars are alot more expensive even new Nexon top will be costing 17L for top variant as introductory price expires.
@@g1y3 With due respect's to your reply, as an enthusiast of cars, I have some self proclaimed standard for a Sedan!! " Sedan woh hoti hai, joh chalate/ rukate( traffic signal pe), vibrate nahin honi chahiye!!! If you could understand my need!! It can't be achieved in a three cylinder engine!! And, new you tube drag races have already shown, limitations of this ' award winning 1.0TSI engine'!! You are silent on 'Peoples car' company's decision of 'Import in India' rather than make in India? You have cheap labour here, in Pune, there are 56 engineering colleges!! You can employ only engineers!!( No need to take even ITI technician) Still, these big companies, don't invest in manpower, machines( infrastructure), or materials!!!( two 250 acre plants in the richest region of India) And not only VW, Recently, Rajnath Singh, publically, snapped at Hyundai for increased import bill!!! We should make compulsory for these companies to make in India, so that their product is cheaper!! Yeh toh angrezon ki tarah ho gaya!! Take cotton from India, make a cloth in Manchester, & again, sell at a higher price, back in India!! Murkh samaz rakha hai?
I for sure agree with you on the cost part but not gonna lie, India mein agar gearbox aur engine bhi banne laga to for sure uska bhi quality down jayega just like other interior and exterior parts on the 2.0 cars, So better yahi hai ke gearbox aur engine import hi ho
Bro don't keep these indepth videos as premier because we enthusiasts just want to skip to the driving part and waiting for 15 minutes for that is frustrating . I hope you keep this into your consideration the next time !
