Dear Friends,
In this video i have explained about the Laboue cess detail for construction works and how it is applicable construction bills in relation with BOCW act, wherein i have discussed about applicable labour cess % and what is the procedure of applying of labour cess through BOCW act / Labour Contract (Regulation & Abolition Act) and the benefits for workers if they are registered under BOCW Act 1996.

Could you guide that if work awarded to the contractor include civil, electrical and mechanical work through a single letter of award. Which include 63 crore out 84 crore works for mechanical work. In scope of work he has to supply some heavy machinery supply, installation and commissioning. Whether we have to deduct labour cess on mechanical work part or not. Pl. Guide

Kya koi Public limited company joki Government Company nahi hai, usse Sarkari Contract mila hai....Usne apna kuch kaam Ek private limited company ko subcontractor banakar diya hai....toh kya Private limited company par labour cess kaata jaayega by Public limited company or not....Koya & Construction limited company kya ek Sarkari company hai yaa Non- Government.
