For me what I took away from watching Edward Scissorhands is you shouldn't judge someone by what they look like on the outside but who they are on the inside, if you only see the outside you're missing who they are because the outside of a person isn't going to tell you much about someone it's who's the inside that tells you who a person is
If someone doesn’t meet your needs. That means you have not defined your own needs and have not fully found love in yourself to set boundaries for true love.
