What is mezcal? This is still a question frequently asked as mezcal continues to be discovered by the greater world and we thought a quick video would help explain.
Mezcal Melate created this video to hit upon some of the main points like what is the difference between mezcal and tequila, and help enthusiasts bring their friends and family up to date.
Mezcal explained in 5 minutes covers the ancient use of pulque, agaves, the process (with a focus on artisanal mezcal), the tradition, the history, and points of sustainability.
